How Long Does It Take To Produce A Video Production Project?

It takes 4-8 weeks to produce a standard brand video from Kickoff to completion. However, the actual time for producing quality video varies with respect to what’s being produced. It may take up to 8 weeks and even longer to complete depending on the complexity of production but 3 weeks is the minimum time it takes to complete. How Many Revisions Do I Get?

The approval process at Bergeron Media is well structured. After you see the rough cut and request changes, we then provide you with a final cut where you can request additional changes. So that means you have two (2) opportunities to provide feedback and to make changes to your video. You can request additional revisions during the scope approval process or during post-production for an additional fee.

Does Bergeron Media Handle An Entire Video Production Project Or Only Parts?

We can handle an entire project, we are a full-service video production company. If we aren’t needed for each phase, we also provide portions of a project such as editing footage, shooting and delivering footage, or even just shooting. We offer services a la carte.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?

Bergeron Media is a Bottom Line pricing company. Our video production proposal will be what you pay. We make sure that our clients do not get any surprises or unexpected costs on the final invoice. The only exception is in a situation where we have a scope change to the project during production, and should any additional costs arise, we’ll ensure they are approved before they get incurred by the production.

How Many People Will Be On The Film Crew When They Arrive At Our Facility?

We always work to keep our crews efficient. Crew size depends entirely on the project. It may consist of 2-5 people if the shoot requires a crew: a Director/Producer, Sound Technician, Production Assistant, and Director of Photography. Sometimes it could be just one person. Some other times, additional production personnel such as a Gaffer or Production Coordinator could be added to the production crew.

Should we have a Professional Hair And Makeup Artist?

If we are producing interview videos or a narrative video with clients and actors, it’s always a wise choice to involve a professional hair and make-up artist to make sure everyone who will be included in the video looks their absolute best. The make-up and hair specialists are here to eliminate flyaway hair, add some color to brighten a face, reduce any lingering shine, and a host of other factors. Hair and makeup will be hired at the client's discretion.

What is the difference between Production cost and Talent and Location Cost?

The primary difference between Production Costs and Talent and Location Costs lies in their scope. Production costs cover a broad range of expenses related to the technical and logistical aspects of producing content. Talent and Location Costs are more focused, specifically related to the expenses of hiring on-screen talent and securing suitable locations for the shoot.

Both categories are integral to the budgeting process and require careful planning and management to ensure the production stays within financial limits while achieving the desired artistic and technical quality.

Equipment rentals? But don't you own your equipment?

While we do own much of our equipment, many productions require specialty equipment based on the requirements of the project. Renting provides a cost-effective method for providing top-quality production.
